STAGE Anji has performed in several large, professional Pantomime productions in the U.K (GBP 1,000,000+ profit) as the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, The Narrator/Spirit of The Mirror in Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs & The Wicked Step Mother in Cinderella. Anji has also had leading roles in a number of touring, small scale musical theatre productions - Rizzo in Grease, Anita in West Side Story, for example. VOICE - OVER Anjis ‘Voice Over’ skills, combined with her acting abilities have been used on many projects. She’s provided ‘character’ voices for radio ads, T.V ads and various promotional campaigns for U.K/U.S companies such as Nestle, Seven Seas, British Telecom, Microsoft, Virgin & Aardman Productions. She’s also provided the voices for 2 characters on the games which accompanied the Movie 'Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit' and provided the original voice and character development for 'Amy' in the animation series, 'Postman Pat'. Most recently, Anji has voiced a series of radio ads for Skycity & provided 3 character voices for an HRV Home Solutions T.V ad campaign. RADIO & T.V PRESENTER In addition to her acting & voice – over work, Anji has also worked as a Radio Presenter for several independent & BBC regional radio stations, co – hosting Breakfast Shows and solo presentation of mid – morning/drive time shows. Anji's first T.V Presenting job was as a Children's BBC Presenter which included ‘live’ in studio shows, 2 to 4 hours, 6 days per week and Outside Broadcasts at various locations as well as celebrity interviews and writing/performing comedy sketches. The original 3 week contract was extended, resulting in Anji being on air for approximately 13 months with an average viewing audience of 3 million. DIRECTOR/PRODUCER Anji was given the opportunity to direct and produce several ’insert films’ for The Teletubbies (Ragdoll Productions/BBC) - finding & auditioning potential participants & establishing the theme for each short film. She was also responsible for crew recruitment, budgeting, filming/directing and co - editing of the films. VOCALIST (‘LIVE’ & STUDIO SESSIONS) Anji has provided lead and backing vocals for numerous radio ads, backing tracks etc. (single & harmonic vocals). She continues to enjoy singing ‘live’ regularly at various public and private functions. As well as performing ‘cover’ songs, Anji also occasionally performs her own compositions, some of which are featured on her album ‘Took Ya Time’ which is available to purchase on various platforms, including iTunes, Spotify etc. Anji has also performed her original compositions & ‘cover’ songs on national & regional T.V & Radio on several occasions.
