Cam first began working as a professional Actor in 1993 after his High School Drama teacher noticed his knack for comedy. That year he was accepted into “The Australian College of Entertainers” where he studied for 3 years and landed his first film role in “Sloppy” that same year. After appearing in small onscreen roles including “Blue Heelers”, Cam eventually moved to Sydney in 2000, where he continued to study and work as an Actor and Production Assistant. Returning to Melbourne in 2010, he studied at VCA graduating in the Acting 12-month program. Cam was one of the founding cast members in Studio Eleven Theatre Company which launched in 2011 and has played leads in all three of the company’s successful shows. Cam has also appeared in television shows such as “Fat Tony and Co” and a second appearance as Bradley Clarke on “Offspring”. In 2017 he completed a second run of the very successful “Swipe Right” a sketch comedy theatre show he co-wrote and produced. Following that success onstage, Cam Produced and Directed the award-winning "Swipe Right: The Web Series" juggling roles in front and behind the camera. The Web Series has been "Official Selection" for festivals across the globe, and earning him a Nominations for "Best Actor" in Toronto, Rio and New Zealand Web Fest 2019.
